The second learning outcome for our program is “apply team building and decision making skills”. Team building and decision making are two vitally important skills that I need to possess when working in the professional world. After all, most organizations encourage employees to work together to obtain a goal.
In the BTAS program, I think the assignment that best showcases team building and decision making skills is our group project from our AIS 4063 class (Persuasive Applications). This project was designed for us to pick our own team and work in a group of four to create a hypothetical partnership between two organizations. This project showcased how we built our own team and made decisions to make the best partnership between two companies of our own choice. Microsoft and UC.
